Okay, No One is pretty extreme.
ALMOST no one. Like, under 10 people... intermittently.
So, if I decide to can this thing AGAIN, I don't want to hear any complaints. I haven't made up my mind yet, but the thought is floating around the old noggin'.

Well, while you're deciding put this link on your blog.

Two things...First all, I'm reading your blog! (Well, except for the Star Trek posts. I'm not a fan) Isn't that enough? #2. I use my blog as an evangelization tool, for my family, friends, youth group, and complete strangers. I began using twitter a couple of months ago as a marketing tool to tap into the "complete stranger" segment and it has made a dramatic impact. I've seen an over 600% increase in my blog traffic since I started "marketing" it on twitter. You should definitely make use of it, particularly for Sonlight. I've connected with lots of amazing Catholics on twitter and it could be a great (and free!) tool to market your company, and your blog.
Bob & I read your blog also. Just because people don't comment doesn't mean that people don't read it. But the decision is ultimately yours. We have a blog that we write in only occasionally. This is an online journal, writing about what is important in our lives. And I love reading about yours, you are a very insightful man with many a great thought and idea.
Love you Ret
I READ YOUR BLOG ALL THE TIME.IT IS THE FIRST THING I CHECK IN THE MORNING.FACE BOOK MAKES ME DIZZY, MORE SO THAN I AM. I HOPE YOU CONTINUE BUT IT IS UP TO YOU.
I CONTINUE TO WRITE THE CHRONICLE EVEN THOUGH I BARELY HEAR FROM ANYONE, EXCEPT SOME FAMILY MEMBERS, THANK YOU. THERE ARE OVER 70 PEOPLE WHO GET IT. I DON'T KNOW WHO DELETES IT, AND DON'T CARE. LOVE YOU, PETE, MOM
Well my love, the masses have spoken. And remember when you hear the same thing three or more times the Lord is a knockin' on your noggin.
D
That's still under 10 people :)
even i read it uncle pete

I read it as well. I agree that it is your decision to maintain, however I know that more people read blogs than comment. None of my friends ever comment on my blog, but I know a bunch of them read it because they bring it up when we talk (unless they are lying to me - and how would I know?). Anyways, just sharing my experience as a mutual blogger. It can be a lot of work. Love you Uncle Pete!
Question for you Pete: Do you use Google Analytics? It tracks the amount of traffic your site gets. LB is right, just because people don't comment doesn't mean people aren't reading.
Tim, I've tried to use it, but it doesn't appear to be working correctly. I must have pasted the tracking data into the wrong portion of the page. I'll keep working on it.
It's working now. I'll have to see how many hits I get in the next few weeks. Maybe my perception isn't reality.
Make that 11!
