North Korea At Night

Things are so bad in North Korea that they have to shut off electricity throughout the country after 9 p.m. The only city that has any electricity is the capital Pyongyang where dictator Kim Jong-il and his friends live in luxury.



The picture shows the stark differences between capitalism and marxism. In the free capitalistic South Korea, lights ablaze, food is aplenty and people are free to pursue their dreams. In the socialistic North Korea you have a totalitarian government where the entire country suffers at the whims of the demented leader.
