We went with the white subway tilebecause we liked the look and they were cheap.
It's been a long, long job, but Dea and I have learned a lot. She and I have enjoyed spending our time together. I would often think of mom and dad working on their house in Tewksbury or John and Irene working on their house in St. Pete.
We hope to have everything done in a few more days. Travel baseball starts in a week, so we have to be done by then.

Nice job. Looks great. Is there a repeating pattern on subway tile?
As much as possible. We tried to do a simple brick pattern, but the width was slightly longer than what we wanted, so we'd have to throw in smaller pieces on occasion.
now you can finally shower..you stink!
Good job Pete. You and Dea rock on home repairs. Mark had to re-do the kids bathroom, just re-did wall board, not tiles. He too hated the dreaded bathroom!
